For the purpose of monitoring our proposed treatment progress- °Celsius will require you to take before & after photos of your Cryo Wave treatments and may require general, Infrared Sauna and whole body cryotherapy experience photos & videos/audio for social media, advertisement, marketing and promotional purposes etc. °Celsius will not release any personal information such as; name, medical information etc) associated with the photo or videos/audio in order to protect our client’s identity and reputation. We may use reviews and client testimonials for advertising/ marketing purposes. Any materials collected may be subject to advertising & marketing campaigns, social media release, posters & content material for cryotherapists and business associates etc.

By continuing to browse our website & proceeding with treatments at °Celsius, you are agreeing to grant °Celsius the right to disclose your photos, images, video/audio recordings ( if applicable) & reviews to third parties & media in any way we choose fit and beyond your association with °Celsius. This includes but is not limited to, pamphlets, flyers, social media and business associated. This can lead to internet transmission and use by other users, which °Celsius is not deemed liable for.

Refunds & Cancellations

-We require at least 24 hours notice for ANY appointment cancellation
-If an appointment is NOT canceled within 24 hours of your appointment booking time & date or you do not attend your appointment , we reserve the right to withhold 50% of the purchased total

• Pre-purchased °Celsius packages/ treatments cannot be be canceled & the full cost of treatment will be forfeited by °Celsius
  -Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

°CELSIUS PACKAGE/S TREATMENTS

-Our packages have been designed for clients to encounter savings, whilst committing to a package price and sessions required.
-°Celsius offers packages to be shared among individuals, however these need to be stated at the time of purchase.
-°Celsius will not provide a refund for our purchased packages and they are not transferable to Individuals other than stated on purchase documents of package/s.

• Our packages have a 6 month & 1 year expiry from the date of purchase.
  -24 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 24 hours or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.
• Refunds will be granted in case of operational dysfunction ( such as; power outages, hazards deemed by °Celsius staff, machine operations & unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control)

CONFIRMING PURCHASE

-By proceeding with your purchase, you are agreeing to our terms which apply for individual treatments & our packaged treatments.
-You have also agreed to have read through the Liability Waiver and answered the Health Questionnaire truthfully. You have thereby freed °Celsius from any liability and waive °Celsius of any adverse health outcomes.

• Any Deposits that go towards treatments are non-refundable.
